Re: Wade Elliott after Exeter defeat
After listening to Wade’s earlier match reports I nicknamed him “Wishy Washy Wade”. He was so indecisive. Yesterday after watching the match at Exeter I hoped he would be factual and straightforward. He wasn’t. He just doesn’t seem to see the matches as the fans witness. But above all yesterday I fe...

DUFFY v ELLIOTT
I watched the match at Portsmouth with total dismay. We were playing a mid table team but we made them look as if they were stars from the Premier League. I also watched the Barnsley match when before the game Duffy was with his players, coaching, kicking the ball about. What a difference between hi...

Match Atmosphere
When we visit other clubs, before the match they play music, songs etc that encourage participation from the crowd. It creates a “bonding” atmosphere. Clubs play fun music when they score. Can we do something similar? Rap music doesn’t inspire togetherness, we need songs like Hey Baby, Silver Lining...

STOP WHINING AND WHINGEING
At the beginning of the season we would never have dreamt of reaching the play offs. Michael Duff has reinvented our team. The display at Northampton was amazing. Bigger and better teams than us have blown out and not reached their goal. With the limited budget he has he has worked miracles. I am lo...

THE REFEREE TODAY
My husband can be very biased and always disagrees with the ref.
But today he was so right, it was one of the most deplorable displays of refereeing I have seen for a long, long time.
It was a good game spoiled by an incompetent referee.
Shame.

Classy chap, Mr. Duff. Came on the coach at the end of the game to thank everyone for the support shown at away matches throughout the season. Does anyone know if Mo Eisa is injured.
Check to see each week if he is selected for Bristol City but he seems to have disappeared, not even in the reserves.
Anyone out there have an update please.

MENS TOILETS COLIN FARMER AREA
I have been asked by some of the chaps I sit with in the Colin Farmer stand to mention the pressure of the water in the taps in the Gents Toilets. Apparently it is so severe it sprays everyone in the vicinity of the sinks. I can assure you I do not have first hand knowledge of the problem, as the La...

I know the club is not financially well off but I do believe chargiing loyal supporters who already have a season parking pass extra to park is mean. WHERE HAS THE MONEY GONE ????
The Finance Director hinted at the Trust meeting, and from other recent comments, it would appear that we have no money for future signings. So where has all the money gone from the Pell and Eisa transfers to other clubs? Surely not on the players we have now.....!!! Will our Manager have money to s...

Not my favourite place to visit, but today the FGR stewards and staff were friendly and obliging. Re: PB says GJ sacking "crass"
I agree. I have already commented on another thread that the timing etc., was dreadful. But in all my years of business management, I have never heard a member of a board speak about the current Chairman in such a manner, and so publicly. If a Board makes a majority decision, it is the responsibilit...

Whether or not I agree with the sacking (and I probably do), I think the treatment was appalling. Could it not have waited until this morning. Did GJ have to return on the team bus aware that all the players, his temporay successor and the rest of the staff, knew of his sacking. Humiliating to say t...

No disrespect to the young man, and I hope he does well, BUT he is not experienced and has spent the majority of his career in very low leagues.
I cannot see him being the man we need leading our forwards.
I hope I am wrong.

Well, we did read in the match day programmes from the beginning of the season onwards that we would not be relying on loan players and only recently Mr Baker said there was money available for Gary in the January transfer window.
So is there money or not ?
