Re: Cheltenham Town v Bradford City
What’s everyone’s view on the goal then? People associated with Bradford saying the ref blew his whistle so they all stopped but we played on and scored?

Re: The Messiah to return?
I don’t think anyone is going to come in and properly fix us. A motivator who can make us tough to beat is our best bet and I think he could do that.

Surely we have a washing machine on site? Not saying that it should be Flynn putting the kit in there but at least slightly better than having to take it home!

If we sell anybody to Peterborough then they need to have a % of the next transfer included. They make some unbelievable money on players.

https://x.com/jake76t/status/1918057646399094892?s=46&t=p7wmfazYdgNKQdvrJ00nIA Jake Tabor. Been playing at level 9 in the pyramid, which I believe is the one below Cleeve but could be wrong. Hell of a goal scoring record. Over 170 goals in the last 3 seasons. Apparently rejected Wycombe because ...

Aren't they one of the few clubs with a lower budget than us? And thats before the inevitable transfers out over the summer. Can't see it happening. Also kind of surprised, thought they were playing some attractive football earlier in the season. Yeah. I always just get the impression he’s not very...

Mutual consent so they’re now on the hunt for a new manager. Flynn obviously born there, played for them, and managed them previously. Wonder if there will be any discussions.

Re: Michael Flynn after win at Notts County
The release clause is only really relevant if there is only one club in for him. The likelihood is that there’ll be a few which would trigger a bidding war a la Will Goodwin. BTW, if Goodwin went for £400k I want absolute minimum £750k for Thomas. Plus a chunky old sell on clause. That is not my un...

Re: Michael Flynn after win at Notts County
Disappointing if it’s a low clause for Thomas considering the standard he came from. He’s been great and I’m a big fan but surprised that his party had the leverage there. Suppose that we can’t complain if a player signs and then 18 months later we get the most we possibly can for him, though. Only ...

Was a painful listen last night as have the previous 2 games been. Very disappointed to see the season end with no fight or desire. Is Michael Flynn the man to lead us next year? Doesn’t feel as if he’s put a tactic together all season. Just throw the players out there and hope they work something ...

Terrible again. So dull. No style of play. If we're not scoring from a set piece or a long range screamer then we're not scoring.

Terrible game so far. Two bad teams but they have a goal. Pitch is making it very difficult to play football. Just don’t see it with Dulson, I’m afraid. Not sure what he offers.

First half we went through the motions a bit i thought. Archer wasn't great...but play a crucial part in the goal...as he has a habit of doing! Second half we matched their physicality and did the un glamorous side if the game well. Backwell was very impressive. Jordan has added a lot more to his g...

Thought we played them off the park tbh. Should have been more. Excellent performance. Could do with another forward because as much as Miller puts himself about he’s really not a natural in front of goal.

We signed Harrop (?) on a short-term contract last season under circumstances a bit similar and he made no impression at all.

Nobody will want to play us at the moment. We don’t give anybody an easy game. The concern is when the wingers or Colwill are unavailable we don’t have natural replacements so would like to see something done there if we can (especially if Colwill is off).

Well Sorry to say I have to agree with them. We just couldnt keep the ball for more than a couple of seconds. Keeper didn’t have a save to make and they barely had a shot. We were comfortable. Only reason to say otherwise is because we’ve all seen us lose stupid late goals before

I’ll hold my hands up. I didn’t think Flynn had it in him but the change over the last couple of months has been incredible. Two direct wingers makes a world of difference and the keeper’s communication seems to help the backline too

Left back and a forward ideally. Bradbury does his best but he isn’t as capable supporting the attack and Miller works hard and puts himself about but (despite scoring today) never feels like a goal threat.

Re: Ethon Archer's story so far
Certainly shows that there talent in non-league football. Archer and Thomas look capable at this level, and Jude-Boyd is a good addition to the squad too. Dulson has struggled a bit more getting up to speed but it’s a risk worth taking.
