Re: Comparing us and Lincoln
The Imps should neither underestimate or take for granted the charisma and energy of the Cowley siblings, which has been the catalyst for their very recent success. Should that success translate into a major assault on Football League 2 during the course of the current season, the Cowley Brothers wi...

Re: I hope by Friday
It does of course imply that one, and all, may in future have to discount everything RegencyCheltenhamSpa states. Has he therefore rendered all his future epistles meaningless? Has he engineered a credibility malfunction of his own design?

The only fellow who managed to get all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
One hopes Mr Johnson surpasses him this week, otherwise we could end up stranded on our own little island of lost hope.
Fingers crossed the rabbits are plentiful.

Re: four four two season preview
One is perplexed about possible morale and confidence issues in the side going in to the opening League games of the season, because of a very poor pre-season. One has not seen sufficiently reliable or experienced prowess either in situ or rumoured to be joining thus far, particularly in front of go...

All great publicity for young Mr Vince one might add, with FGR being his secondary plaything. The vegan connotation is something of a misnomer, particularly when one recalls again the classic photograph of the FGR Players all huddled together outside Greggs following a training session, devouring ba...

One believes the vests are branded "Ladybird" and are unsold stock from FW Woolworths circa 1971. And a little moth-bitten.confused.com wrote:More importantly, what do the vests say!???? O)

I'm not concerned which two players may be departing from whaddon road if I'm honest, in fact to presume who they are from such a long list would be long odds. I'm more concerned that the manager has only just realized with only days to go before our trip to Morcambe that we have players who simply...

One has to side with The Old Tomcat's p.o.v. in that these are only friendly games, a chance for a manager to experiment tactically, get 90 minutes game-time into each player, try different combinations and look at trialists against emerging youth players, balanced against possible loanees or potent...

For what it is worth, I have watched the young fellow. I have written off this season. More concern to me is 2019/20 season. The Board and Manager decisions between now and 2019 look like they are going to bankrupt and relegate our club. A real shame. One imagines it has not escaped our Forum members recent memories of the Play Off Finals in May this year? This young fellow played very well indeed. I was unaware of who he was or his past struggles, but he impressed me because he did not put a foot wrong. Very good concentration, never got caught out of position, a natural defender who was confident in possession and was not beaten by his opponent.

Anybody else think these 'Big Brother' GPS vests violate human rights and freedoms. One would expect a degree of reticence by young Master Dillon regarding a willingness to return to Whaddon Road, simply because his former house compatriots have now left the club. What I don't get is that WW must have been content for the player to open discussions for terms to have been agreed. Prithee correct me if I am much mistaken, but young master Waters scored 8 goals away from home last season.
