Re: DC First interview

Why didn’t the club ask for supporters/volunteers to paint Seasons in the close season? Or did the Trust offer even? I spent time with a few mates in the ‘70s painting the changing rooms at WR and when we got into the Conference in 1985 a few of us helped refurbish the stands. Never see any request...

Would of been my 2nd choice so happy with his appointment. What we must do is give him a chance even if that means next season in Div 2. If he keeps us up he wont be here long, but hes a lot of turds to polish I believe.

Totally agree Si, who ever it is we must support them, theyve already got a difficult job on their hands with this squad and not getting our backing wether we like the appointment or not will be disastrous.

Cripes, nobody has mentioned Jerry Gill yet. 😀 The good thing about this is we're nailed on to score against Stevenage and win 3-1. We all know Jerry is a future CTFC manager, so no need to mention every time. I’d wait a couple of years until the next appointment has us floundering in 15th in L2 th...

We will hopefully have just one coach/manager shouting advice from the technical area instead of 3 which has been usual this season and must have been confusing for the players. Yes. In particular, James Bittner might STFU. He's the goalkeeping coach (I've just bothered looking him up!) and he's ha...

It was my main gripe last season. Our midfield unit lacked quality, and you only have to look at their contribution to goals and assists to show that, and unfortunately, some of them are still here. The effort is there cant fault that, but quality is lacking
