Re: Deadline day departure
also sorry to see him go. Stepped up and filled any gaps when asked and did it well. You have to wonder what he did wrong to end up in Grimsby. Yes never let us down. Only issue was the injuries but that aside played well to cover the RCB position when needed. Read the game quite well. At least Gri...

Keena should start with Lloyd. He may play Williams and put Shepherd on the bench.

Re: Deadline day departure
I liked Smith. Filled in well in the middle in games where we were good and decent at RWB. Two good reliable pros lost, the types I thought the Manager wanted in the fight to stay up. Maybe Horton will step up.

Re: Loan striker
I think he will surprise a few. He could be my player of the year as he once had a good swear at the home crowd for giving him grief.Plenty of scope for that at Whaddon Road. Could be the new Harry Pell.

I think he should be given a chance further forward if we get any injuries. Its all very well writing a player out of "my plans" (D.C.) but plans go out the window as we have seen this week.

Re: Deadline day departure
Great move for him. Nearer home and a longer deal. It must have been on the cards which is why we signed Kinsella. One of the m/f would have been in the stand so sensible all round. I liked Curtis ,hopefully Kinsella will be as good.

Maybe Forest Green are struggling to get a replacement. Derby are not having much luck either . Everyone is looking for the mythical striker.

Re: January Window
It is sometimes hard to find a club for players once a Manager goes off them. For those who are always having a go at our recruitment ( which is a bad term as it includes managing the leavers) an interesting quote below from the Fylde news page. We appreciate we all work hard to secure deals that ma...

Keena is an intelligent footballer. We will need him especially if Street is crocked.

Re: Rumour Mill
Jephcott has come back from Scotland and gone to Newport. If his career could be revived he could do a job. Swindon are skint so maybe we could take Charlie Austin off their wage bill for fivemonths.

Deliberate snub . I remember the great relationship we had with Forest Green and wished them well. This is childish FGR. C'mon Accrington Stanley.

Maybe you need to get your obvious skills and knowledge in this subject made official, horlick? Seems a shame for the club to miss out on revenue simply because the experts who are currently available know nothing and it's quite obvious to your vast experience without even seeing the Hazelewood end...
