Re: 1 to 24 prediction year 23/24
Play offs are a lottery but here’s my logic: We’re stronger than last year The league is weaker than last year We got away with a few (Ipswich at home for example!) but a few games we could’ve nicked a few more points A few of the stronger teams may go bust Plus I think Elliot is a very underestimat...

I’m taking a car load of 4. We went to ZERO away games last year.
If we’re indicative then it may be a better attendance than expected.
My guess at away attendance is 567

Back to the original post. Maybe the robins nest could give the speech? I’m sure it would say: “The weather looks biblical out there and I’ve nowhere to park my bike. The old stand has poor leg room and the catering is shite. Winchester had gone, we haven’t re-signed Julian alsop, there are rose-tin...

Haha ok, you’re right. No aging population, no emphasis on gaining the grey pound. You’re a absolutely 100% right as ever
Good grief. To live with those levels of innate rage must be exhausting!!
But I must say - you’re 100% right (so we can leave it here and let you calm down !)

Re: Catchment Area for CTFC
The club averaged over 4400 in attendance last season. An amazing achievement that is testament to the board’s ambition and skill. People can moan it’s not higher but who’d have thought it?!?! 4,400 as an average - amazing! If we average 5,000 in five years the same people will moan about that. Hum...

The signings this season (so far) are a completely different level to I’ve seen before. All smack of real ambition. Shrewsbury, on the other hand, are in complete crisis. What great business this is. Spend £5k - get 60+ goals - then sell for over £200k
Of course all the pie-in-the-sky merchants will be ‘demanding’ we get £500k (or any other figure they dream up on their sofa)…but we’re such a well run club.
Love it: well done all involved

I must say it’s slightly comical watching people on here and Facebook make up completely made-up figures then insist that THIS IS THE FIGURE THAT MUST BE MET. I extend Hannah Dingley the courtesy of wishing her what I wish for all the other (ever increasing) list of FGR managers.
I hope she fails spectacularly, loses every game she manages, and gets sacked at some point in the season having dragged fgr nearer to relegation.
That’s equality in action kids

As good as my word - I've won, and so I'll take my leave from you all. I predicted 8 weeks ago we'd be promoted tonight. I was correct, despite being widely scorned and derided. I said FGR would combust...they have. I pointed out Winchester's mediocre ability - right again. Its been fun but I don't ...

Re: 7 points from 5 games ?
We don't have to win every game. There is no imperative at all. We want to win every game - like every game of football ever played
