Fleetwood
If as expected we get nothing from our visit to Derby the Fleetwood game becomes even more important. If a team reflects it`s manager/coach we can expect a contrast between Elliott and Brown and their respective teams, with one being passive and negative and the other the complete opposite ?

Ironically it`s highly possible that Fgr will beat us and help to relegate us to ensure another Hell-classico next season ?

The only name you've mentioned I would consider realistic is Dave Artell. He was my number one choice in the summer, and I think he got the rough end of one at Crewe. What concerns me is why no-one has taken a punt on him yet. I've heard rumours that we asked to speak to Gavin Strachan (coach at Ce...

Re: Wade Elliott ahead of Portsmouth away
I wouldn't mind seeing Bonds being given a licence to bomb forward a bit more. I maintain Sercs has been rushed back so with Broom being able to go forward (assuming no issues with Ferry or Jacko from Tuesday) then drop Perry, rest Sercs and a three of Bonds, Rea and Broom works for me. Yeah Sercom...

No idea why the Sheff Utd women's player was there. She has no experience of League One, the EFL or the EFL Trophy, and she's not a top female player who knows the game inside out. Could have at least got a Robiness in if they need to fill quotas... She does appear on the EFL Highlights show someti...

Re: Return of the Duff
There will, understandably and rightly, be plenty of attention on Duff tomorrow ahead of the game.. But, from kick off onwards, he's just another opposition manager and we must all get four square behind Wade and the lads. No ifs, no buts. No harking back to a glorious past if we suffer a setback. ...

Excellent 2nd half and victory after an abysmal first half. Forget Bonds wonder goal, his actual game play was excellent tonight, not a fan of his but the lad done well tonight. Agreed, he was fantastic tonight. Best player on the pitch first half, some good distribution (as well as a few wayward o...

Re: Positives.
Enough chances to win two games today by all accounts. It’s rare we will create as many chances in a L1 game as we did today. Just Alfie squandered them. I can think of three very good chances the first to Perry who was clean through and put his shot wide when I think I would have probably hit the ...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Accrington Stanley
A frustrating game, but nonetheless enjoyable and entertaining before a good home crowd. We were really impressive in the first 15 minutes or so, but Accrington grew into it and shaded the first half. However, we stepped up in the second half and completely tamed them. They employed every trick in ...

I have fairly good hearing and I am sure I heard a Bolton "fan" shout Hurry up ni**er to Ryan Jackson when he was employing some game management whilst taking a throw in, If I am wrong I apologise, but did anyone else hear what he said ? I remember a referee trying to book a visiting play...

Lovely guy. Want him to do well. But as a supporter, I want to see some anger and passion. He doesn’t motivate me, so not sure what the players feel regarding passion and fight. I just don’t see it. Re: 88 days; 2 hours; 40 minutes
Last season it looked like Vince had got us set up relatively stable, a fairly inexpensive but talented young head coach with a decent rapport with the fans, a decent structure with a CEO who seemed to be doing well at getting in sponsorship and a DoF who had spotted a few gems that were developing...

Feels to me like a gamble of a signing and I just hope it pays off. Not available for 2-3 weeks - then how rusty is he going to be after so long out? End of Feb / start of March for your first game...easily another month to fully get up to speed, and even that is if everything goes to plan without ...

Sound an interesting / exciting signing Only one slight nagging doubt. If League of Ireland doesn’t start for 3 weeks, is he still relatively early in his pre-season and will he be match for? Guess one could argue he will be fresh legs. He will be fitter than what we have in his position at present...

Why not put a temporary seating stand inbetween the main stand and the hazelwoods? Where the canteen and police tower is. Similar to the one at Bristol rovers I have suggested this before, not seating but a cheaper option being a standing terrace like behind the goal at Evesham which they bought fro...

Re: CTFC Vs Derby County
I tend to agree with Brian. I thought we were just very scrappy, as we have been in almost every game this season, even against Alvechurch, and it simply isn’t good to watch. There was very little reaction from the crowd for most of the game. Quite a contrast to last season when I thought we gave a...
