Clever move. I guess that signing on is cheaper for us than a continuing loan.

Someone needs to edit the title of this thread and add the word permanent into it!

I, for one, am glad that Tyrone is now our player.

..depends on if we were paying 100% of his wages when on loan I guess.

Also means Vale can’t recall him.

Really glad about this contract, I rate Tyrone. If CTFC’s supporting strikers/midfielders could better anticipate the fact he wins the majority of his flick-on headers, the Team would carry much more of a goal-scoring threat.

Tyrone is the best target man we've had in a few years, possibly since Ben Burgess? But come the summer we may need to replace him and Varney....

I can see both still being here to do a job, but with a younger, hungry goalscorer. Maybe Lloyd will be ready? Imagine, for example, having Varney, Barnett and Eisa. Mo would possibly have reached 30+ last season with the experience of those two up there with him.

I forgot about Duku as well, presumably he will be ready to start at league level by that point (or he will be sold). Tyrone is what 32? If so, he could stay another year but we definitely need another striker this window in my opinion.
