New sinning section

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have a section in the ground where everyone who wants to shout abuse, use pyro, or just generally be an angry person, can go and do it together? Would make the ground much easier to steward, and culprits can all be thrown out by half-time. I was thinking it could be on top of one of the stand roofs.
Well maybe not the Pyro. It saddens me how subdued it has become over the years
