I am hoping the moderators will allow this to stay in the "wrong section" until the weekend

As you know, Cheltenham v Newport is off this weekend, but Saturday is the 10th annual non-League day.

It is a great way for those who normally watch League football to be reminded of the grass routes games while the top leagues (and a few other clubs) have a weekend off

The match finder on that web site is not currently working, so as a service, and using the Groundhopper App, the closest games to Cheltenham spotted are (all 15.00 kick off)

Bishops Cleeve v Brockenhurst (FA Vase)
Longlevens v Cowes Sports (FA Vase)
Evesham United v Halesowen Town (FA Trophy)
Newent Town v Thornbury Town (Hellenic League, Division One West)
Cirencester Town v Basingstoke Town (FA Trophy)
Moreton Rangers v Bourton Rovers (Hellenic League, Division One West)
Slimbridge v AFC Totton (FA Trophy)
Malmesbury Victoria v Roman Glass St. George (FA Vase)
Worcester Raiders v Wolverhampton Casuals (West Midlands League)
Highworth Town v Cinderford Town (FA Trophy)
New College Swindon v Tytherington Rocks (Hellenic League, Division One West)
Swindon Supermarine v Farnborough (Southern League)

Please check before travelling, almost everyone mentioned has twitter or web accounts. If I was asked to pick, I would suggest the first two Vase ties, but New College v Tytherington also stands out for those who really like bad football

Last Season, the Rocks won one game out of 22 in the league, lost the other 21 and had a goal difference of -94, but they still stayed off the bottom as New College also had just one win in the season, 21 defeats and a goal difference of -142. In the previous season, the Rocks lost all 26 league matches, with a goal difference of -133 while New College amassed ten league points.

This season has been one of revival in Tytherington, and they have four points from seven games, New College on the other hand are pointless after 7 games, although they have scored three goals, and only 61 against. If it all gets too much, it is in the same sports complex as Supermarine, so you can change matches for a three minute walk
