Oxford looking like selling all their allocation of 1500 for Saturday (they have sold out their section of the Colin Farmer and have 100 left in the Hazlewoods).

After Charlton, is it overconfident to anticipate something close to 4k home fans meaning a comfortable 5k+ attendance? That'd be fantastic. The Boxing Day game v Plymouth in 2019 had over 5000, as I recall. Could be the biggest since then?

I do not think we will get much past 4,000 to be honest but we shall see.

Weird one Oxford, never ever seen them as rivals in any way, complete indifference to a club that isn't that far away.

All of our opponents are rivals, surely? League One rivals, at the moment.

4,700 minimum.
If 3,200 ctfc fans show up for mk dons youd like to think that after a good away win that they would be there for Oxford.

It's good to see you back Bertie. You haven't posted for a while.

1853? A tad low. Maybe you meant MMMMDCCCLIII (4853)?

Or were trying to using the symbol for 5000 (the website doesn't support it) as the basis for the number?

One must only concur our esteemed Bertie intended to convey IVDCCCLIII, or rather 4,853 in the common contemporary vernacular.

Citizens of the forum shall await Bertie’s mea culpa and clarification else we opine cuiusvis hominis est errare, nullius nisi insipientis in errore perseverare.

Except IV should have a line over the top of it to indicate it is above 3999 but such symbols are not supported.

Indeed Red Duke. Alas as you say, the forum does not permit such symbols so posters non supra grammaticos.

Would hope for around 5500 today but expecting it to be only a shade over 5000 sadly.

1,848.....strictly speaking, lower numbers in front of higher ones are subtracted....so 5 is subtracted from 500...

which gives 1000 + (500 - 5) + 100 + 100 + 100 + 50 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 1,848

In the absence of the vinculum on modern keyboards, I'm going MMMMDCCLXXIV or in decimal Arabic notation, 4,774

Ok, just seen in the ground. I think that not much over 4000 prediction might thankfully be a tad out, RCS.

Yet further evidence that we need to increase the seating capacity of the ground when the main stand is finally replaced. It needs to be 3500 min seated stand so we can give the Colin Farmer to away fans and maximise revenue.
