Talk about other football teams at all levels. AND ANY Glos City related threads, even if talking about the groundsharing.

Just a bit of fun but with the new season kicking off shortly what are everyone's predictions? Mine are as follows:

Premier league
Champions: Chelsea
Champions League: Man City, Arsenal, Man Utd.
Europa League: Liverpool and Tottenham.
Relegation: Swansea, Burnley and West Brom.

Championship
Champions: Wigan
Runners up: Notts Forest
Playoff winners: Cardiff
Relegation: Brentford, Blackpool and Birmingham

League one
Winners: Sheff Utd
Runners up: Bristol City
Playoff winners: Peterborough
Relegation: Crewe, Crawley, Oldham and Scunthorpe

Champions League: Barcelona

To surmise I have been impressed with the Chelsea signings and Mourinho is proven so I expect them to pip Man City this time around. Arsenal have improved and I don't see them dropping out the top four. Man Utd I expect to come back strong this time around and sneak fourth spot. Liverpool over achieved last year and I expect another good season but not top four.

Of the other leagues I have mostly gone for smaller budget teams or ones with off the field issues for relegation and teams who have backing and showed good form in the 2nd half of last season for promotion.

I'm tipping Barca for the Champions league based on their attacking line and that Madrid won't win it two years running.

Europa League: Arsenal and the two cup winners - Spurs League Cup and Everton FA Cup.
Relegation: Crystal Palace, Burnley and Leicester.

Playoff winners: Brighton
Relegation: Brentford, Millwall and Huddersfield

League one
Winners: Sheff Utd

Champions League: Tough to call. Chelsea, Man City, Madrids, Barca or even PSG to be in last eight if they avoid each other and the winner will come from that bunch.

100 points plus, and Magath will be cool as you like from January onwards:
