They will, just as they have done from the 43 companies they have asset stripped in the past. How can these vultures get past the EFL's vetting to be allowed to take over clubs they are meant to be protecting from these scum.

Someone on another forum made a valid point in regards to EFL and vetting, if the final option for a club was deemed not acceptable by the EFL and the deadline was passed then the EFL would then be making the decision to expel that club, that is a precedent the EFL don't want

Well it happened anyway. After a year of can kicking with fans being mined for their ST feed and players not being paid. In hindsight they should have been expelled last summer.
