Streaming is the only way. Cut out the adverts, skip the titles, move on as soon as the credits come up.

I record all the programs I want to watch. When it comes to the commercial channels, l have a button that jumps to 2 minutes. Most ad breaks are 4 minutes so with two clicks, i have missed them completely.
