GJ said on the radio that he wants 1 or 2 in

The obvious choices are winger and a CB I guess
However with Holman on crutches and our 2 strikers failing to score for 3 matches I wonder if this is an opportunity to try someone new up front and a CB to ensure we can play 3 at the back

Any rumours Robin?

I think it's needed winger, centre back or striker surely but they need to be better than we have which is hard at this point.

Not heard any rumours though.

Given that he hasn't made the Reading match day squad in any of their 3 games so far this season, I haven't completely ruled out Dickie coming back before the window shuts.

That's because he's injured at the moment

There shouldn't be any panicking, we had the same start last season. Wright hadn't scored and we hadn't won.

Just out of interest how many points did we have last season after 5 games?

It does seem to be a similar start this season signs of promise without having a bit of luck to get that first win. I think once we get our first win and jump up the table it will take the pressure away and we will play with more confidence.

We had 9 points after 5 games last season:

1-1 at Lincoln
0-0 at home to Aldershot
3-0 at home to Southport
1-1 at Chester
2-1 at home to Barrow

Granted, away at Carlisle tonight followed by Donnie at home is going to be a hell of a lot tougher than Southport at home and Chester away...

I would take a draw tonight if offered but feel we can win Saturday as Donny have not started well.
