I can’t blame Josh. At his age he needs to be playing more, and unfortunately with Hussey being the best left back L2 Josh was unlikely to get many minutes.

In hindsight perhaps his pace to get down the flank/channel and whip balls across the face would have dug us out on Monday had he come off the bench for the last 20 mins.

Best of luck to Josh - funnily enough I think this was the perfect system for him. A shame it took so long for him to prove to Duff he was a decent squad player.

I sincerely hope he has something lined up because it is very much a club's market this summer/

....yes wish him all the best.
Can't have been fun this season for him.
Suspect a club nearer London will take him on and hopefully he'll earn regular game time.

...oh and I see Luke Garbutt has been released by Everton.

Location: The Death Star.
Play offs hangover symptoms starting to set in. This will take years for any signs of recovery for the King of Gloucestershire soccer.

Must admit it takes a brave person to turn down a contract off in todays climate. I can only assume he wants to drop a league and go part time.

Would mean we receive a fee but can't see clubs paying it.

That's true and almost certainly he was offered reduced terms, same as Clem.

He looked a top player when he got the chance this season. Left backs are scarce and he will get EFL offers .Already has I reckon. Sad to lose him.
