Thanks Leo. Good read and especially the different initiatives being pursued by Jenny.

One question re the potential conflicting priorities between the Club Board and Trust which the FED has to navigate. Is there anywhere a list of objectives/KPIs by which the Club Board is measured and likewise for the FED?
