Wakefield FC (formerly Emley). Gone.
Not actually a Northern Premier League side, they were relegated from the league at the end of the season. They would have pulled out anyway if they had finished higher. After they had left Emley for grounds in Wakefield, (Belle Vue, then College Grove and last season back to Belle Vue), they decided they could not carry on in Wakefield, and were going back uphill to share at AFC Emley. AFC Emley turned down an offer to merge, and are playing one level below the league Wakefield withdrew from

What division will Sheds emerge in if so? Southern Div 1?
It is almost certainly too late to reform the club in time for 2014-15.
However, whether they start in 2014 or 2015 - a new club could not expect a place higher than the Hellenic League or its equivalent in the Midlands. They are more liable to start at Step 6 (Hellenic 1 West/ West Midlands Premier) than step 5 (Hellenic Premier/ Midland League*, Premier)
If they can avoid being wound up, pay off their football creditors, and a bond to the Southern League (believed to be £50,000, but I do not think publicly disclosed), then they will take their place in the Southern League.
I think the trust has avoided trying to run a club that would be a "rival" while Hereford still exists, (as per Enfield, AFC Wimbledon and Bromsgrove) as such a club would require a ground share and would still have to start at Step 6 or lower. I think they are still hoping the owners will sign over the debt laden club, and that they can keep it going by paying off the football creditors and entering a CVA (which means -10 points), to reduce the rest of the debt.
