I have eventually convinced someone to join the trust but I have no idea how to sign them up as when I use the trust link above it tells me to go my droplet

So so sorry. Having major website issues at the moment, and our hosting providers are being less than helpful.
I have a new website near enough built, which will go live on a cloud service instead.
