One change to the team from Saturday: http://bit.ly/Carlisle1920" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
What impresses me is how Duff has a system and how well the players are executing his plan. Look at all the the loans that have arrived and have managed to fit in right away.
The squad looks as strong as we have had for many a season and the competition for places is a nice problem to have. I have been particularly impressed with Greaves and Doyle-Hayes two players who look miles better than this level.

Yup. Something we haven’t seen done well since Ward did that so expertly. And here is hoping Duff and can better Ward’s record highest finishing position.Nesty wrote:it is refreshing to see that our current manager has decided on a game plan and signed players to fit that plan, not signed a load of players and then try to work out where to play them

Why not?
Someone has to be a target for the fans abuse every season.
Actually I saw him play well pre-season so let's hope he makes an impact soon when his chance comes.
