They would all care if they were relegated like the Football Leasgue did to Swindon in 1990 for financial irregularities.

What City have done is worse by a long way. Relegate them to the 2nd div. See the sheiks go to Bristol Rovers or where ever :lol:

Also, if they were thrown out of PL, EFL does not have to accept them. Maybe they should be forced to restart at the same level as Macclesfield or Bury.

None of that will happen, its a finger waging exercise to prove to the government that the PL can keep its house in order and doesn't need external regulation.

You wait till a smaller unfashionable team breaks the rules, then the PL will come down hard.
