Formation change incoming, I'd imagine. 4-3-3 maybe, with Broom and Olayinka either side of May? Or Rea and Bonds holding with Perry, Broom and Olayinka in support of May?

Sercombe and Keena on the bench. I can only imagine that Sercombe definitely can't be fully fit if Perry is still being picked ahead of him. Or Perry's loan states he must start if fit.

Fingers crossed we see a Bristol Rovers away 2011, or Arsenal U21's 2019, when Yates and Duff changed formation and suddenly everything clicked into place and it stuck.

Get ready for the big diagonal to the left back.

They picked us apart with that last time.

But come on boys…

Or it'll be a disappointing 5-2-2-1 with Jackson at CB and Broom at RWB... :(

Already there's nobody to clear the ball to and it's coming straight back.

And already clear foul on Bonds not given, but foul against Bonds is. Patterns.

Rea is marshalling the midfield at least. They're not one foot in front of the defence and he just told Bonds to get up.

Is Raglan injured?

On the bench.

Broom being lightweight and often easily beaten. Otherwise, not too bad a start.

We can’t string two passes together which is no surprise. What is frustrating is that we are losing out on every 50/50 ball - Jackson and Broom have both been guilty of this in the first 15 mins.

Yeah I see but got to be better than Jackson at CB and Broom being p!## poor defensively

Broom’s confidence looks shot.
He didn’t know whether to shoot or cross and by the time he did it was too late.

We are growing into the game now a bit after we realised that we are playing Derby not Real Madrid

I'm happy with formation change.
Look much better.

TP started well.

We are growing into game

40 minutes of good work undone by some shocking defending there

Well, hadn't been doing too bad. Not much threat from Derby and then just weak defending and an easy goal. Broom is so weak, hasn't got anything to his game right now. Perry, to be fair, has looked a lot more in the game further forward. Still trudges round like he's got lead weights in his boots though.

And there it is…. they score with pretty much their first shot :-(

Once again it came from Broom losing the ball.

Alfie has had a nice run around for 47 minutes. Hasn't had the ball or looked to win it much.

Some of our basics are sheer U13 level. Short throw-ins, simple balls down the channel, playing it across the back into a colleagues midriff. Must give the oppo so much confidence.

It is like watching a bunch of schookids at times, really poor. Think we've been lucky the Derby haven't really been on it tonight, but can't see us getting back into it.

The half time stats just came in and out passing accuracy is 51%. Needs to improve!

The quality is terrible. Throw to your teammates feet so they can control it. Pass the ball, don't blast it, to your teammate so they can control it. Really are things you learn at quite an early age, yet most of the team have forgotten.

From his interviews, Wade likes to think of his players as smart and knowing what they have done wrong, what needs improving, and treats them as such. But he obviously needs to fire some f#!$ into them and remind them.

Simple stuff like Long won the ball back and crossed halfway and instead of immediately turning and searching for space, Alfie basically stood aside, his only thought was to get out of the way and let Long go past him. Long looked for someone to pass to. There was nobody. He got tackled, went down injured.

Better fist half than Saturday.
We had a glorious chance half way through but managed to screw it up completely when all that was required was a decent ball into the box. These are the sort of chances that other Div 1 sides put away with ease. We then have one of our iffy defending situations and they put the ball away with aforesaid ease. Heartbreaking stuff.

Really poor for the goal.No tackling ,no marking,no blocking. One up front is putting us on the back foot. Perry and Olayinka are too one paced to support well and Broom is right of form . Ferry seems to not know where the white line is. Hopefully Sercombe and Keana will come on to liven things up but I suppose we will have to wait until the 65th minute as that seems to be the law. If Longs injury is sore I would go to a back four but Mr Dreary won't do that.

Just no cohesion. Nobody knows what any other player is going to do. Whether they're going to make a run or not, mainly.

I wonder what they will announce as the attendance? Doesn’t look much more than half full, maybe 17,000 and they haven’t made any noise.

They might do now after that second goal…. torn apart again

Every goal against us is p!## easy. That was exactly the same as our chance with Broom in the first half, we're just not good enough to put it away. Might as well take off May and rest him for Saturday now.

Bloody hell, Perry off. Taken Jackson off for Raglan and left the useless Broom at RWB though...

Again, our defence is caught upfield and just haven’t the pace to get back and another fairly simple goal goes in.

Will we ever score a goal again? Goal difference taking a hammering again… it might be a better performance but the net result is a defeat without Derby having to break sweat.
