Well, we could be about to have our highest ever average attendance, although that could be because of away fans. We do hit a ceiling and I agree that we need more seats to grow the crowds.

Anyway, back on topic, are we going to sign anyone today?!

We had a spell when the club was struggling to average 3000 (this was a low point - in recent times) where we were stuck in the bottom eight of league two.

Assuming the other target was not Nuttall? Time for disclosure?

Interesting.

And interesting to see if we bring in the attacking left sided player DC mentioned. Otherwise you’d say that is 2 key targets we’ve missed out on.

That doesn't surprise me one iota. As has been said, we're struggle to compete, with even that bottom of the EFL shower up the Nailsworth hill.

Doidge was only a rumour - there's no firm evidence we were actually in for him.

Think we have been crying out all season for a Matty Taylor type player, hope he doesn't disappoint.

That's true.

Selling a 30 year old goalscorer for 250k and then getting a 33 year old one for free? is shrewd business right.?

Yes Alfie not a good sale I agree, but apparently nothing we could do about that. Lets compare goal scoring record until end of season, Alfie at Charlton and Taylor here. See who wins.
Could say the same with Goodwins replacement. 400k and loan payment replacement. Just hope DC works some magic with him

We must be awash with money now!!!!
