I see the pitch being relaid has started

The pitch looked good with only the away end goal mouth having a few problems
Well done ground staff

To they just rip the turf up or do they use it elsewhere
Could it be used at Seasons
I m no gardener but surely to good to just throw away

I was surprised that the pitch looked so good overall at the Lincoln game given how much rain there's been and it had been looking a bit worse for wear in previous games. A great effort as always by the ground staff.

the state of some of the pitches in league two come the end of the season (from watching highlights) , we should get three points given to us just for our playing surface.

The pitch has been excellent, especially considering how poor it had been allowed to get a few years ago.

The 4 weeks without a home game definitely helped the pitch recover,it was starting to struggle.

Must be a good month earlier starting the the renovation this year.
Local cup finals, business competitions and pop concerts, plus the availability of the sub contractors oftens means a late May start.
We’ll have the best playing surface in league two!
Just need the players who can use it.
Interesting to hear if any work is going on at Seasons?
