Re: Professionalising 'little old Cheltenham'
As the Chairman and Paul Baker have explained how the club works without a C,E,O. and some here and the Trust have a different (non costed) view why not give Paul Godfrey the title "Operations Director" and the Chairman ,"Managing Director" . Two elevated job titles at no expense...

Re: Professionalising 'little old Cheltenham'
It's not resentment, it's a genuine question. The wage for a CEO could be spent on a player. Is a CEO a necessity? Given we go through Media manager's like a fat kid goes through cake, if we appointed one on the pittance wages we pay our club staff, then it probably wouldn't be long before we're lo...

ASL, the comment was to Robin, not you. Hold on where exactly have I had a pop at you? If you count me highlighting the fact that the board are not full time and volunteers and that I believe we would benefit from having some professional accountability (with transparent targets and plans) as board...

I agree with that Slinky. The gates have gone up this season and hopefully the fans will stick with the club next season. The attitude of some though is disrespectful . Some on social media and news media spout the same misinformed rubbish and you can appreciate why good people would not want to get...

Re: Darrell Clarke after Stevenage defeat
Saw a tweet from JP that there maybe another departure from the board of directors. Not the chairman though. Paul Bence has had enough. With him standing down, I think I can share now that when we appointed Wade he was the only director who wanted to appoint Matty Taylor from the final two candidat...

We had Caribbean and East Asian investment. In the 1930's we had major investment from Cheltonians. The only way the Racecourse move could work is if the Prestbury Park owners bought CTFC. I think they have since built on the area that was being suggested. It looks like the County Council are buildi...

Sad to see the programme go. It was a means of communication and crediting sponsors and advertisers. Maybe the Trust could fill the gap with a publication .

Re: COE and or DOF
I don't think the issue was Mickey Moore going himself, so much as having no plan for when he did leave. At best, this was naive on the Board's part. At worst, reckless. I have spent today updating my succession plan at work. My team of 12 is relatively stable, at least more stable than a league fo...

Re: tinker man and next season
Have you listened to the Trust podcast with Paul Baker? He explains in some detail why a CEO isn't necessarily needed at Cheltenham. Clarifies that we did in fact have one at one time and it simply didn't work. That's not to say it won't work now, I just don't think it's necessarily the golden tick...

Re: Open Letter to the Board
I don't understand why Bloxham is getting so much heat. He was poor on Thursday, no doubt about that, but he isn't a dictator and all decisions by the board are done on votes. Why is it suddenly Bloxham that's suddenly the bad guy and not, say, Murry Toms or Clive Gowing, or David Beesley, or Paul ...

So having a qualified solicitor who lots of fans feel isn't the right fit for the role is better then  Bloxham also has no money and no connection with fans. I want this club in the best possible hands and I don't believe that's currently the case. "Lots of fans"? Have you done a su...

Re: Shrewsbury big loss
Two things: 1. Some of that loss would have been down to Agents fees; I gather about a third of Shrewsbury’s loss was down to Agents fees. The amounts paid to Agents by each club has recently been released. It’s eye watering. 2. If you hire a professional such as a solicitor, you will pay the fees....

Below are the stats on Adulai at Hungerford who are in playoff contention. Added to his fifteen goals in twenty games at Cirencester he has done well out on loan playing mainly in midfield.
