Re: Sercs appreciation post
Has anyone else ever noticed that it's always Sercs who helps out the mascots when leading them out onto the pitch? Top bloke.

Re: Wade Elliott after Barnsley defeat
Remember , early in the game, I think it was from a corner, when a Barnsley player attempted an overhead kick and kicked Rob Street (?) in the face. Only a free kick. Any different to last night?

Re: Cheltenham Town v Sheffield Wednesday
Can somebody please explain to me what the offence was that led to the award of the free kick that led to Wednesday's first goal? I couldn't fathom it at the time and the extended highlights confuse me even further. As a footnote, the header is something Caleb Taylor can learn from.

Re: Matty Blair retires
I can only echo what has already been said. Since his injury there has been a noticeable absence of energy and drive down the right hand side of the field. Although his delivery was not always on the money, every other part of his game far outweighed the negatives. He made us a better team. Good luc...

Which would you rather endure, a 0-7 thumping or an away trip to Gillingham?

Re: Michael Duff after the 1-1 draw with MK Dons
I would imagine that the manager will be more incensed when he sees that Josh Labadie was sent off for a similar yet less aggressive challenge for Newport.

Re: What now?
Notwithstanding the uncertainty of how football will be played next season, my major concern after last night's aberration is one of finance. We can assume that unfurloughing the squad has been extremely expensive, but would have been worthwhile had we achieved promotion. The away end would have bee...

Re: Would you offer Conor Thomas a new deal?
Michael Duff obviously thinks highly of him, judging by his comments after the game and I trust his judgment. He struggled somewhat after returning to league football, but has grown in stature since the new manager came in. His penalty record is exceptional and played a vital role in keeping us up l...

Re: Storer appeal
I can't believe that there has not been 100% support for the bloke on here. Yes, he has been a naughty boy in the past, but, judge each case on its merits. Stop the action at the point of impact and he CLEARLY takes the ball, not the man. You are allowed to tackle in football. Total injustice and ho...

Re: highlights
If you freeze the action at the point of impact, Stoz clearly gets the ball and doesn't make contact with the actor's leg. McGuire also play-acted earlier in the half when he dived tryng to simulate contact after with Liam Davis' boot. The club ought to bring this incident to the attention of the ap...

Stick with what we have. To change yet again would be lunacy. A new manager would not be able to get up to speed with the players or the environment. Not the time for another new broom.

Re: GOOD LUCK RUSTY
I'm sure we all wish Russell the best of luck - he will certainly need it as the damage that has been done may be terminal. Let's hope the fans and the forum get behind him come what may for the rest of the season. If things do go wrong, this time he can blame what's gone on before and I for one do ...

Re: If we are relegated
Am I right in assuming that the Academy would be axed if we were relegated? If so, am I also right that Russell Milton would also lose his job? Hardly fair if that is the case. Thus there would appear to be an argument for giving Russell the chance to save our football league status since he has so ...
