Re: Loan move for forward
Interesting it was QPR that the club rejected a bid from for King in January. Not a club we usually have any links with, that I can remember.

Re: F.A.- Cup loans
He's 5th or 6th choice defender, I cannot imagine MK will want him back let alone block him playing knowing he cannot feature until the 4th round anyway. If they get injuries he will move up the ranks. Hutchinson is also another who might get recalled. I'd be amazed if Hutchinson plays for Rovers a...

Calm down. The explanation was enough without bringing fictional high horses into it.
My point about a barrier still stands. It's only been a few weeks since a player died colliding with one.

Re: Cheltenham Town v Walsall
Absolutely agree re the wingers. Having inverted wingers is infuriating at times as so many times today we were desperate for them to be hugging the touchline, AJB especially had nobody there to knock it to as Thomas had drifted way inside. Still, I'm sure the lads are still only on page 1, phase 1...

Re: Tuesday - what result is best?
When I read the headline, I was expecting something about the game against Tottenham! I had forgotten we are even playing but that's a dead rubber and we will field a full reserve team so we are fresh for Bradford. I assume it will be the same as the last game in this competition except Day will be...

Re: Tuesday - what result is best?
Forget about it. Doesn't matter. We're only 12 points off the top of the table having beaten top and drawn at 5th (now 8th). Even Salford, now 3rd, only drew with us late on, and that's when we were really bad. Let's ignore MK and Grimsby ever happened  In seriousness, a draw would be best. Wan...

Good performance, great result! We just look like we have a plan now and the players look like they know what it is! Stevenson outstanding, loving his addition, hope we can extend his contract ASAP. Just wish Archer and Thomas would switchover every now and again. Our goal came from a right footer ...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Walsall
Walsall missed a couple of great chances, Day made a couple of very important saves, but to say we didn't deserve it after battling like that is nonsense. Swing it around - Walsall didn't deserve to win after missing their chances.
We love late goals v Walsall. 90 and 93 in February, 92 today.

Don't worry, they'll get their money eventually. If Sheff Weds are liquidated, they'll be picking over the carcass, or if the club is rescued they'll get paid. They'll be top of the list of creditors either way. For now, it's in their interests to help the club as much as they can and try to get a b...

It would be uncouth to take any pleasure from such a thing happening to another club, and I don't, but it would also be remiss of me not to call them tinpot (re Oct 2021).

Sorry guys. Yeah, I messed it up originally as I got it in my tired brain that the score was 2-1 half way through marking so over-scored some and underscored others, then amended it but forgot to update the table here. It should all be right now but let me know if any of you still think it's wrong.

Re: Newport County AFC v Cheltenham Town
Agree. It's nice to win a game from two great strikes (but let's call them defensive errors  ) but we had other chances. Archer through one on one, the keeper making a smart stop from Hutchinson, being the best of them. On another day we could have won 4-0, but let's look at it negatively and ...
