Regardless if it’s Burnley or even Bristol City (can see that happening),either is a good reason to ensure that the board have MD tied to a good contract, curently he’s the clubs biggest asset

That’s a very interesting thought/proposition ,seems sensible, have there been any comments from the council in the past in relation to this ?

I would agree ( manager) if we stay in Div one this season his stock will continue to rise.I hope we have him tied into a long contract , he’s the clubs biggest asset.I expect Bristol City or Burnley to be sniffing around in a year or two, amongst other clubs.So we want decent compensation !
