He has been training with us though, so what better game to throw him in for 45 minutes and see how he does. If he's off the pace, bring him off at half time and mix it up again.solihullkev wrote:Dayton has been injured and has not played in months - more likely to be a sub to start with surely ?

Re: Eerrrrr... What happened ?
Why? You just get on with it, it's part of being a professional footballer. Why should our fans help him speed things up?
At the most it should be an arms out, 'what did you do that for, you plum' kinda thing, and then you forget about it. But not enough people want to take the high ground.

Re: Eerrrrr... What happened ?
Dillon seemed to get involved with one of their players at the end, a couple of other players pulling them apart and one of their players dragging their other player away and telling him to calm down. Their right back (Partridge?) was a knob as well. When the fan in the T&B threw the ball away f...

He'll murder every defence in the National League until December 31st and be back in League 1 on January 1st.
I do hope this means at least one of our front two is rested on Saturday now.

I'd much rather risk it against Havant than end up with knackered/suspended players who go on a run of several games without a win because we didn't rest a couple when we had the chance.

Yes, there were some highlights. A great goal, several great saves and a contender for worst dive of the season. I say that as we only have one sid eon view and even then it's obvious he dived. Was expecting the ref to point to the spot though. http://sport.bt.com/video/vanarama-national-league-high...

I agree. Downes and AMS, and preferably Wright as well if we can tweak the formation to allow it, should be rested next weekend. I say this fully aware of the Tamworth debacle.

Rowe hasn't affected a game when he's come on (or when he started against Tranmere), like Hall or Waters have. He needs to do something soon otherwise he's never going to get anything other than 10 minute cameos.

I am enjoying the entertainment at the moment.Long may it continue. Player that has caught my eye is Kyle Storer. Played well in most games. A player like him last year may have gone a long way to keeping us up. That's my opinion any way. I agree, our soft middle was our biggest problem and KS woul...

I've just had a look through the other leagues, and we'd be top 5 or 6 in L2 and L1 for our 'cheapest' ST, which would also sit in the middle of the Championship clubs. Obviously they sell a lot more ST's, match-day tickets and net a lot more non-match day revenue as well though so don't need to sel...

But I'd hope there will be some conversation on here about it as well, people suggesting some other names as well as those above?
Finners, involved in both, and captained one, of our play-off promotion winning sides? And has nailed his colours to the mast by working for the club now as well.

At least we're not Halifax! Paying nearly the same to see the team get tanked week after week.
Anyway aren't some of the figures in unfairly in relation to last season? The cost of a goal is only relevant to last season, £12 whatever. It'll be much less this season, I'd hope.

Defending from the front, they have probably made nearly as many as the 12 goals as they have scored between them so far. Wright has scored 7 I believe, and must have 5 assists.
