Re: squatters !
I very much doubt the Hereford game will go ahead, meaning we will only use the pitch once pre season. Believe it or not, I think this is an excellent thing, as I, like all City fans, want the pitch to stay in as good a condition as possible throughout the season as this benefits not just you, but ...

My real fear about the tiggers is the way they've hung on and clung on like chewing gum on a shoe and now in Tim Harris, IMO, they've a very good manager. They finally look like they've got their act together off the field and with them moving home next season I can see them in the conference premi...

Re: squatters !
Fair point! I'm sure last season it was only 1/2 and they have 3 scheduled this time at Whaddon Road. That's 6 games on the pitch combined before the real stuff even begins! Terry Roberts needed 11weeks to create a decent surface for a busy season,he has had 7 weeks,so don`t anyone blame him if the...

That was my view CheltRobin however I do also feel there was a lack of craft to compliment the proven quality. This season seems to be little quality but lots of graft. I just hope we get of to a reasonable start, otherwise it will be difficult to keep any confidence amongst the squad of inexperienc...

Re: What did the Tamworth defeat really cost us
A trend I have noticed. Grounds which stagnate or decline from year to year have worse, fewer and more out of date advertisements each time I go. Whereas ones where clubs invest in the stadium and off the pitch infrastructure see sponsorship and advertising go from strength to strength. Somehow, we...

Not heard anything from CTFC.... 3G pitches in lower leagues would make reserve leagues much more viable. Ideal senario, run B.Cleeve as our reserve team on 3g or better pitch aided by grants.Make Cleeve our training centre leaving seasons, plenty of room at Cleeve.I know this is never likely to happ...

But I don't believe anyone sees any risk with giving him a trial Si. The concern is more that dramatic drop in quality of targets. Is he a "target"? I'd call it testing the water, giving him an opportunity. I'd say a target is someone we are hoping to sign in the expectation that they wil...

I always look at it to see how long has gone or how many mins left. Watching the beautiful sight of the St George Cross circling the pitch in Miami, try as I might, I cannot spot the Cheltenham Town FC flag - it used to be an ever present a few years ago and I would see it every time England played (like that bloody Scunthorpe one). According to http://www.espnfc.com/player/_/id/150490/jermaine-mcglashan?cc=5739 he's got just 9 assists in his time here. That is appalling for a winger in my opinion.
