Re: Cureton to sign

I'm completely patient and relaxed that MY will sign the players he thinks are right for the team, thanks. And that'll be without any help from the Nest, oddly. I'm trying to point out that, no matter who tweets or prints in the paper or hears from a guy who knows the sister of a cleaner who overhea...

Re: Cureton to sign

I wouldn't know how to, I'm afraid. So JP tweeted nothing of the sort, is that what you're saying? Apologies, then. My point was that I believe nothing until it is officially confirmed. Yes, [gasp] - I even pay scant attention to the likes of Koz and Robin's sources. MH and JP do have more verifiabl...

Personally, I'm gonna wait until they all come here then fly straight out to Bucharest in an audacious land-grab, stick in a flag and declare the People's Republic of ASL Land. Then we'll see who's laughing.

Or...or...maybe folk could simply stop reading the Daily Mail as if it were gospel...?

I never knew that a stalled aircraft like that could deploy a parachute to bring it safely down to Earth (well...unless you happen to find a tree, of course...) How big is the one on a 747, do you reckon....? ;)

I'm pretty sure undertaking is only illegal if you're, say, in lane 2 and move into lane 1 to go past a vehicle that's in lane 2. If you're already in lane 1 and you undertake without changing lane, it's not an issue.

Pack was only our player for a couple of years. The compensation for a player moving when ineligible for a Bosman is meant to make sure the selling club don't lose their entire investment in his development and training over the years. If he'd been on our books since he was 15, we might be looking a...

By the way, sarcasm aside, a few weeks back, I saw a very interesting piece about why 100% employment was actually A Very Bad Thing and would be very harmful to the UK should such a miracle occur. I'm no economist, but I thought it was interesting.
