Re: Cheltenham Town v Exeter City

Crikey 27.2% possession according to ifollow. Not convinced moving Broom to RWB helped as much as the commentary says but a great 3 points and another 3 goals

Re: Former players

Thought I'd have a look to see where Felix Miles ended up after leaving Cheltenham, Stratford Town apparently https://en.soccerwiki.org/player.php?pid=123945 Wikipedia says that he was released but I seem to recall him leaving us in the hope of joining a bigger team based on his trials? A slow error prone defender went to non-league for £200k. One with a propensity for 8-12 assists per season... Sent from my SM-G9860 using Tapatalk Who was also captain and a couple of days before the end of the transfer window Think ctfc-fan will turn out to be pretty spot on with £400k-500k

"poor league this year"

I've seen that said a few times on here but it just struck me seeing the league 2 table that all the teams relegated from league 1 last year are in the bottom half and I'd be really keen to see the wages and transfer fees spent of the teams around us this year

Food for thought

Definitely and Bradbury's distribution is a HUGE improvement on Raglan. Possible coincidence and too short timeframe to judge but Ferry has been excellent the last game and a half since being alongside Bradbury

Re: Cheltenham Town v Lincoln City:

FFS when are we going to accept the fact that Ben Tozer has moved on and taken his long throws with him. We have no one who comes near to his throwing ability and all we are doing is basically throwing the ball to the opposition, allowing them to form instant attacks. We are getting no benefits wha...

Re: Love Island

Surprised at the responses on here mainly being about his skill level or the quality of Love Island. It's a contracted player looking to bugger off for weeks when we're in a relegation battle and at the time short on numbers in midfield! I hope someone metaphorically clipped him round the head

Re: Team for Lincoln?

It depends on how Caleb Taylor is, assuming he's not fit then I'd have no qualms with moving Rags over and putting Bradbury in from the start. I'd probably rest Bonds and bring Rea in, but the rest of the team should stay as is. I'd put Bradbury in that LCB position regardless based on Raglans lack...

Some positives: - A change of formation, any formation was welcome - Rea looked solid, steady and liked a tackle - Perry was involved more (but still looks a shadow of his former potential) - Olayinka looked bright and energetic Some negatives: - Broom needs to have a break, come off the bench and b...

why pass 5 yards to a player with 3 opposition around him and facing his own goal Because Wade`s way isn`t to pass the ball via midfield, hence no player is ever in space to receive the ball from defenders so that`s inevitable as is the usual punt up field. Not sure it's so much "Wade's way&quo...
