Re: Wolves fan in peace.
At his best on the leftside in a 4 4 2 where we finally saw him on Saturday. Would love to see him playing in the fa cup Saturday but if he cannot his time here will have been a bit stop and start through no fault of his own.

Re: Time to go Yates
He is the Manager Joey and therefore has to manage his chosen resources. Mr Yates has taken responsibility by his apology so if he accepts the accountability of his job why don't you?

Re: Ratings v York
Asl ,regency and tunnell failed to spot that after Hanks went off Brown moved to a midfield position in front of a back four as per the Plymouth game . He went forward to win a tackle and got caught. He was NOT playing in the same position we started with. Tactical genius by our Manager not.Thankful...

Re: Time to go Yates
Useless rejig after Hanks went off meant a few minutes of chaos and we gave the goal away. The second half was better once we had some width.Yates gets it wrong/right/wrong/wrong. We need some clear steady guidance.

Re: Winning formula
Why will we get overun in midfield ? It is as likely to happen with 3 as with 2.If you have wide players tracking back it helps our two dodgy fullbacks and the central players can get on with their jobs.If you take the game to the oppo they have to retreat. We have good players-use them properly and...

What are they then 51? To me they are footballers that are happier playing wide than in the middle. The sort of player that is likely to want to go outside and cross rather than playing it inside Therefore right or left. Also happy helping out a fullback Maybe round pegs in round holes is a descriptio...

Haworth,Kotwica, Sterling-James, De Vita ,Black could all play r or l in a midfield four that becomes 42 4 when attacking.

He is in the entertainment business not Wwestminster. Do not alienate the regular punters. They are hard to win back. A lot that was said at the forum has fallen on deaf ears.

Sick of saying it but 4 4 2 is worth a try then you don;t have to worry about the third man in midfield . Simple.
p.s. Our fullbacks are not automatic choices in my view.

I reckon the fullbacks are both dodgy without the cover a 4 4 2 gives them. Look at the goals against recently and check out our fullbacks poor positions. I would play Deaman and Black at full back Saturday.

Re: Swindon FA cup ticket details
I think Shade has made the best point so far. Thoise that pay the overcharge for FA Cup may well give another game a miss to balance their budget so the club will receive a lower amount through the rest of the year. Keep the punters onside and keep them coming would be my suggestion .

Player power helps out the Manager. All we need now is Brown at right back in a back 4 Eusebio or Howarth wide and it will be like watching
a proper Cheltenham Town. Maybe the gates will rise.

First Jason Taylor and now Mark Yates falling for the old wind them up to hurt them trick. Luckily it backfired on Money so well done the team but we must not get known for falling for these tactics. Laugh at them Yatesy or blow raspberries but do not get involved in toys and prams.

Finally he is playing right up front. Not in little holes, diamonds, just off somebody blah -manager speak -blah. Terry is a centre forward and is now getting in the box more in good positions . He also links well with Marquis.
