Forthcoming league fixtures
Just hope the players can pick themselves up after saturdays debacle. We cant afford to go on a bad run just yet. This side of xmas we need to be getting results against Wycombe at home, forest green away and Lincoln at home. (No easy feat) Boxing day and January we face Plymouth x2, sheff weds, der...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Alvechurch
That result will be relived in nightmares for everyone connected with CTFC for years to come. . The absolute embarrassment of it. Locally and nationally . We are desperate for players in January and that game yesterday should have been the easiest 40k the club have ever made but instead we just thre...

Yeah exactly. Try and get the game won as early as possible and can make subs later in game.
Build confidence and momentum.

Re: Cheltenham Town v MK Dons
We are missing our 2 best strikers so we are currently lacking goals. We can all see that, but at least we are defensively organised and are hard to score against. We are doing something right.

With 2 defeats in 4 days against Morecambe and Lincoln, Duffo has suddenly gone from hero to zero. Duff out! Fickle football fans huh. Anyway let's hope Barnsley thrash FGR on Saturday. Wonder who'll last the longest,MD or Wade? I’d day Wade. Anything less than promotion is failure for Barnsley, wh...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Morecambe
Can't really complain about that, got the result against a team that would have come here to win, nail biting last ten though and would have like to see some subs made, Olayinka on to stretch the pitch against some tired legs. Thought the crowd were with the team and there was some unity. Saturday ...

Well done everyone!
Great effort from the lads even though we look a bit lacking going forward.
3 points at home against a team in and around us in the league table is exactly what we want.

No sugar coating that... dreadful.
I think the board will stick with wade for as long as possible but the results are one thing but performances like that will not help his cause.
Please minimum of 4 points from the next 2!

Re: Wade Elliott after the West Ham defeat
I mention this on this week's pod. He's technically correct that it was a "fruitful" night (we qualified for the next round, he learned more about his squad, and a couple of young players got their debuts), but his choice of words leave a lot to be desired, and it's not the first time he'...

.Bonds is in bad form. .Chapman hasn't been up to it since promotion to league 1 .Adshead looked 'OK' .Raglan and Bradbury are triers but not good enough to start. .Lloyd, local lad but not good enough for league 1 .Norton, shows glimpses but not scoring. .Williams, looks frustrated and not showing ...

Yeah he was very frustrating today but he is young and raw and we have to accept that. He's the best we have up front at the moment and he has been really good the majority of the games this season. We defiantly need a striker in January. Norton\Lloyd seem decent players but not league 1 quality str...

When was the last time we played a non league team away in the first round? Tamworth when we lost? I remember playing Yate at home few years ago.
Merthyr away would be brilliant IMO. Proper throw back

Plenty of empty seats last night so not viable especially with potentially extra stewarding.

Re: Game day experience
I must say, I left the game today very impressed with the changes made in the Colin Farmer Stand since last season. The bar for a start was a big improvement. Ok, still serving out of bottles instead of on tap, but I thought it was much better. My only gripe, if any, would be that they didn’t start...

Plenty of positives. Really like perry, sercs and bonds in midfield. May scored and is up and running.
Mind blowing at some of the quality in this league, we had a poor 25 mins after half time and conceded 3 goals.

This pre season has been rather depressing so far. . The long wait for confirmation of duffs departure . Sat near Wade last season when he watched the games in the main stand. He was constantly talking and giving his opinions to the bench via head set. Numerous times throughout the season I saw duff turn to him and gesture 'what do you think!?' Think hes as good as any appointment we could have chosen....
