I assume he will be cover for Elliott and Saah.

Not a name anyone linked with us but a young decent defender.

A versatile young man, it seems. Center half or right back.

apparently he was made redundant whet the shots went into administration
There will be a hunger
Lowe is not good enough at CB to be more than 1 match cover
Deerman to come in as well?
Interesting that Brown is a CB/RB
this will be Lowes 2nd year of a 2 yr contract
Sido also has 1 yr on his contract left.
I would have preferred a left sided defender

Yet again MY looking ahead will have options
I would like to see Sidio sign an extension.

Great signing. All the ingredients to become a good player for us. I would have thought Hector had good things to say about him during his spell here.

Decent young defender and good in the air, think he is a duplicate of hector, just a little bit behind in development as expected. Well done MY! :D

Well all the talk of Brian Saah, this was not a name on anyone's lists.

I can't say I know much about him but according to Wikipedia he scored 3 goals last season so must be a threat from corners.

Don't know much about him, but a good age and decent experience.

Some Aldershot fans seem to rate him higher than Hector.

From a Shots fan:
decent player, won't let you down, can play either Centre Back.or as a defensive Mid, one of the few decent signings by DH (Dean Holdsworth).

I don't think we will sign Saah now.

Watched him when he was at Ipswich. Showed some good talent there. Would be a good signing in my opinion

I guess the Jones referred to is also our old player Darren!

Does this mean that we will have shirts printed with "S.Brown" and "T.Brown"?

What was on the shirts when we had the 2 Scott Browns??

S. P Brown rings a bell for our number 1.

I think checking fans' forums are always a good and honest way of getting real feedback for a new signing. I know little of of him, but it seems a good signing judging by their reactions.

Interesting. I know little about him, but it seems like he is a player who would benefit a lot from excellent coaching, which is hopefully what we can provide. Think I would rather have Brown than Saah, but it would be good to get another experienced CB in, but priorities do lie elsewhere.

Scott Brown keeper has 'S P A Brown' on his shirt.
Scott Brown midfielder had 'S Brown'

Troy Brown is an excellent signing for CTFC. Quality player who will get better and better. Definitely has potential to progress - hopefully with us.
