CTFC vs Burton Albion Away Friday 27th August 2021

Hopefully i'll get this correct, more so as on the tele [for those with Sky/Now etc]. So an opportunity for many to see CTFC in action.
I'll repeat my opener from earlier: ...Well....Shade opened his scoring with Wright....as for the rest, way out! RCS speeding ahead with 25/60; with Cliffy on 20.
The stats again show lots of chances , but little reward, with our old failing of conceding at the end!"
Interesting to see whether similar this evening. I will post my offering later but as Burton flying high don't hold out much hope.

Loss - CTFC 1 Burton 2 [at least!], Williams for consolation goal.
Thought Tozer may have played at least a half! Defensive light... [posted 19 15..]

Has everyone forgot we’re playing today?

Not many predictions yet.

Was waiting to see if the lad from Swansea was signing before the game but it doesn't look like it.

Just going to go with my heart today following the Tozer news.

BAFC 4-0 CTFC
No scorer, Boyle gets injured and out for the season and then Duff quits citing irreconcilable differences with the board. Happy bank holiday weekend. :P

Tonight is going to be very difficult. A cold in the camp, losing our talisman etc.

I'm fearing a reverse of the Tranmere game but I'll go for 3-0 to Burton.

Glad my obvious attempt at mockers worked, I'll have to start another run of defeat predictions now... :P

Also forgot. Do we still have the one game carry over rule where if we miss a match that our previous prediction is carried forward to the next game?

I haven't considered this aspect - basically forgot; but could re-introduce it?
I'll comment in next post for opinions.
Too many 'memory failures' out there - or is it old age? :)
