Got to be bent. They literally had the same thing down the other end for a Real goal that was ruled out 10 minutes earlier which went to VAR. Not only on this occasion does the lino put his flag up too soon but the ref acknowledges it and blows his whistle... I've seen a lino mistakenly put his flag up for offside before in such circumstances but the ref has ignored it and let play continue before bringing it back.

I don't understand why the ref blowing the whistle means that they can't relook at what happened on VAR. That was why VAR was brought in, to get things right. It's the Champions League semi, they had to look at VAR. It was a shocking decision
