And less than an hour later, the seats spelling the owners name were being ripped out of the stands.
It would be uncouth to take any pleasure from such a thing happening to another club, and I don't, but it would also be remiss of me not to call them tinpot (re Oct 2021).

Am I missing something and the administrators are working for free??
"Now, more than ever, we need fans back in the ground - buying tickets, merchandise, pies and pints. Every penny spent will go directly to supporting the day-to-day running of this club, not to the former owner or professional costs. This will help stabilise the club while we secure a suitable buyer."

Don't worry, they'll get their money eventually. If Sheff Weds are liquidated, they'll be picking over the carcass, or if the club is rescued they'll get paid. They'll be top of the list of creditors either way. For now, it's in their interests to help the club as much as they can and try to get a buyer.
Well I'm sure the new owners will run the club as a sustainable operation and **cough** not plough loads of money into getting the club out of league one with ex prem players on ridiculous contracts (with all the pomp and ceremony that comes with it and all those 'fans' that seem to have found their way back to Hillsborough), then do the same again (but even bigger contracts) to try and get the club into the prem.
Then the owners stop pumping in the money and all those fans that rammed into Hillsborough when they got promoted seem to disappear and we're back to a club that's financially fuc7ed.
You heard it here first
