I guess Lee Angol is all but on the unwanted list, then!

Sohna playing in another different position

Aside from Pele starting for Spurs, and a player with hyphenated first and last names, this game will go down in Cheltenham history: The highest ever squad number the club has issued: Number 51. Previous record, George Lloyd who broke into the first team wearing 50.

Impressive we’ve sold over 2,000 tickets.
It being half term helps no doubt.

Wonder if hes even at the club anymore. Seems like we've got more chance of seeing unregistered Sohna play in the league than Angol

Martin looked good. Nice goal too. He could be a permanent replacement for Archer in January? Taylor has a good touch just needs to be a bit more aggressive. Scuffed the goal in off his knee I think! Very good penalties and good saves from Day.

2 -2 at full time.
We won 3 - 1 on penalties.
Well done lads.

Watched bits on sky - apart from the commentary thought Martin stood out. Clever, reasonably skilful too. Decent performance.

Out of curiosity, which end were the penalties taken? In front of the PRE, like old times? I take Cotts watched this time?!?!?

Not the most exciting game, Spurs had most of the possession and a lot more legs all over the pitch. For us Martin was the stand out and looked the only one who could make it in the first team right now. Pell was improved on his last outing but still looks like he should have retired last season, Backwell anonymous and Harmon struggled especially first half. Draw a fair result on the night.

Penalties taken at C&G end and the Spurs ones were largely woeful.

I'd forgotten Backwell was still with us! Looked okay when he played last season but is obviously never going to get in ahead of the newbies.

Sohna looked good last night.Hopefully he will get a new team soon. Good for the rest to get a game.Someone will make the bench on Saturday if Broom does not recover.

The sort of game made for Sohna where he has time on the ball and it's played on the floor rather than in the air like it was under Flynn.
