Yer, how do I stop all these adverts obscuring the screen every time I open up a page on here. Keep it simple please, I've only just got used to the wheel, ta

You need what is known as an Ad Blocker. Where is 'here'? Are you on a PC or on a phone? If the latter, is it an iPhone or an Android? What browser are you using (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc)?

I usually view on my Android mobile, using the built-in Samsung browser and see precisely ZERO ads, pop-ups, etc. I'd have to look at what blockers I've downloaded - but it's more than one.

For your phone, download Adblock Fast and make sure it's enabled. Although I've five installed, according to my browser, that's the only one that's active.
