One thing I have noticed on this poor run of form is how slow we start games. Yesterday was an example as were the last couple of away games we are letting teams get into the game and usually having to end up chasing the game due to them scoring early. When Yates has made subs in games and we have changed to more attacking formations we have looked a better side. I would like to see us set up with a more attacking formation and look to get at teams from kick off so is it time to get rid of the 3-5-2?
