Wish him well and all the best. Health and life is more important than CTFC.

What a Player, to turn out today like he did, knowing he needs treatment. ... and he gave 100%. As other posters have rightfully said, we all wish you a speedy recovery Eliot, we need Players like you in the Team who give their all despite everything else that goes on. A real hero in my eyes.
Jonas Gutierrez of Newcastle can be an inspiration now, too.

Wholeheartedly agree with these sentiments. Hope all goes well and you are back playing at League level soon.

This puts everything else into clear perspective. All our thoughts are with Eliot and his family and best wishes for the battle with this illness. As has been mentioned the prognosis for this particular cancer is better than many others so we all hope Eliot makes a quick and full recovery!
I have nothing but respect for Eliot finding the strength of character to play today and to do what he could for the team.
I want this club to remain in the Football League as much as anyone but we should all remember what really matters in life.
