Didn’t someone say their fans wanted rid of him the other week?

A moaning handful probably. Similar to a few who wanted rid of Goodwin here.

Yep was me...here is one of the quotes from their in the know poster Reamsofverse.... they even had a get rid of Alfie poster section. If he scores a few more goals they will love him again. Fickle eh?

Got told tonight that May walked straight down the tunnel after the Bolton game while the rest of the squad and the staff went over to applaud the fans.

I wouldn't lose an ounce of sleep if we got rid over the summer. Infact it would be my top priority.

Just isn't the all round striker we all thought he was and we can do much better.

Had a chat with Julian Alsop at the barbers the other week. He was in the chair before me. The only thing is, he was before my time so I didn't know who he was until after he'd left and the barber said "he used to play for Cheltenham".

Funny who you meet at the barbers!
Going off topic I followed the former Snooker World champion Ray Reardon
into the chair a few weeks ago and he was really chuffed as he'd made a century break at the age of 90 the previous week.

Sorry.

Steve Guinan has obviously let himself go a bit since he stopped playing. 😀

Actually, wonder if he fancies a game tomorrow.

Jerry Gill under fire after their match was suspended and then postponed on 70 minutes.
They were losing 4-2 at the time.

Looks to me like Jerry simply has a better understanding of player physiology and sports science than the Maidenhead boss.

Just by chance i have found the answer to our scoring problems. Ellis Chapman slotted in 2 goals this evening in the first half!! Get him back!

Just seen that one H. Pell could be in a spot of bother with an official complaint being made against him to the EFL. "Surely not Mr Pell," I hear you cry, "what could the angel have done?!"

Well, apparently, during the warm up, he just belted 10+ balls into the away fans at their home game v MK on Saturday whilst the rest of his team mates warmed up "peacefully"

I don't believe it. Harry never once wound up opposition fans. Not. Once.

In other news, I saw that the National League North had a new record attendance, with Scunny v Chester attracting over 7000 fans for a 2nd v 4th clash that ended 2-2. The link here being Liam McAlinden, who scored and then got sent off.

Mata, who several on here suggested we should buy so Keena didn't feel loanly, also found his scoring boots that he'd forgotten to pack when he went to Shrewsbury, and nabbed two, himself.

Shows how big the gap between L1 and LOI is when Chapman and Mata are scoring braces and Hutchinson is also in a side that wins 5-0 away. Apparently Chapman also provided a "sublime assist."

Good to see ex-Robin Wes Burns doing well at Ipswich and could well be Premiership bound.
If so how many players have been part of a squad that was relegated out of the EFL, and then part of a squad that reached the zenith?

The footage is great. As its Milton Keynes I think we're all with Harry on this one.

Jesus. We knew Allen was an utter clown but we don't know the half of it by the sound of it. What kind of sane or sober man pisses himself deliberately. The infamous bus stop on the way back from Hereford explained, and to think we ended up getting rid of Higgs because of him...

Training with a piece of toast is still my favourite football story.

Insane isn't it. Funny though. Deliberately pissing himself at training, diving into a puddle, set piece routines with a piece of toast and a TV, rock paper scissors to determine who buys who an ice cream, the team singing happy birthday to Damien Spencer in a service station, air tee offs on the centre circle away at Hereford

Just bizarre to me. I wouldn't have like to have had a manager like Allen. I would be completely demotivated by him.

I think there were 50k of add ons taking the fee up to a massive 300k.
Not sure if promotion or goals scored were part of that though.
