Robin Koch head injury

Couldn't quite believe he was allowed to play on :o Leeds management should of subbed him off straight away. Leeds say they followed protocol but surely medical staff would have made the call to take him off there and then, he was all over the place and had to sit down. It was quite chilling to see Leeds bench have the change of shirt for him more as a priority then the players medical welfare.

The moment the camera went to him seconds after he went down you could see the blood all over his forehead, and soon after all over his shirt. No doubt Koch said he wanted to continue as well, so it needs to be taken out of the players and clubs hands and the rule changed to make it mandatory for a player with a head injury to be concussion subbed off temporarily while a full check is done it's going to keep on happening. This will also hopefully stop any cheating as players who fake injury, going down holding their heads to stop play, would also have to go off and have a full check.

Absolutely, the thing I find more of a concern is that no Leeds medical staff made the call to just take him off even if he passed the so called concussion test, how could a medical professional be happy with that call?
