Surprised by that to be honest but congratulations nonetheless

Wonder if Duff would try and bring him back?

I would like to see him in a championship team where he could just play his own game with better players around him,he does try to do things others should be doing.

In terms of his development, it would make sense for him to gain experience at League 1 level, so a loan to this level would make sense. I wouldn't have a problem with him returning.

Similarly with Aaron Ramsey who should have been loaned out to a League 2 club this season as he wasn't up to the standard required for League 1. No doubt, Aston Villa thought he was but until he actually plays then you don't know for sure.

I am sure that he will be a lot better for it and if he were to return, then I am sure we would see a much more effective player.

Having a good game for Newport against Port Vale. Hussey, on the other hand, not excelling for Vale.

He was playing left side of a back three, strange to sign a verybgood wing back for league 2 and stick him in a centre back role.
Although admittedly it could ve down to injuries that I've not looked into.
