Kevin Betsy....? I seem to recall him playing against us on several occasions. Must've made an impression for me to remember him.

The answer is…he played for loads of league clubs, but mostly Wycombe and Barnsley. Also spells at (deep breath) Fulham, Bournemouth, Hull, Hartlepool, Oldham, Bristol City, Yeovil, Walsall, Southend, and bookended his career with 180ish appearances at Woking.

He was a Woking player against us. Something sticks in my head that he may have been at Brentford too.

"crypto bro, "professional gambler" just a couple of things that stand out in the article. This isn't going to end well.

Think it was Gravesend that tried an early 00's something of this where a whole load of people owned the team and could help make decisions. I can't remember if they are even still around or turned into another team

I thought Ebbsfleet tried it as well

Ebbsfleet is what Gravesend and Northfleet are now called.

They were bought by My Football Club in 2007, won the FA Trophy in 2008, but when they couldn't deliver what they promised (subscribers picking the team, having a say on transfers, etc...) found the backers not renewing and eventually gave 2/3s of their shares to the supporter's trust and the other 1/3 to another major shareholder of the club.

I always remember him playing for Wycombe against us more than any other, especially in our 05/06 playoff season.

See they've just signed Dom Telford who had a stellar season at Newport.

What can possibly go wrong?
