So who starts tonight
Keena or Taylor or both
I would go Taylor and see how long he can last
Back 3 Long Curtis and Williams or do we go 4 at the back
Keena or Taylor

We now have a new set of variable combinations with the players available. I wonder if he will rest LLoydy and go Joe N.
Wouldn't write Keena off yet. Need to see him with other options with him at some time if possible so we can see if it will work. But time running out to make an impact. Feel a bit sorry for him.
Watching Taylor on Saturday, he looked a bit like Alfie. Playing style not that disimilar, buzzing around. Looks a bit stronger than Alfie though. Maybe Keena and Matty might click!!

Tempted to go Keena and Taylor. Simply because I'm worried about Lloyd breaking down (he had some treatment on Saturday iirc?).
Keena and Taylor might click. Then bring Lloyd on with energy in the last 20.

Keena and Taylor. Four at the back. Four four two. Our previous system has peaked out.
I've been wondering what our first choice 11 might be now... it's difficult to work out because DC is a bit of a tinkerman and the new signings are bedding in, but i'd go for - (3,5,2) - Southwood, Long, Smith, Davies, Freestone, Ferry, Pett, Bonds, Sercs, Lloyd, Taylor. I think we're missing an 'action man' in midfield who can get around the pitch - that's not Bonds in my opinion who is perhaps our most frustrating player (other than Keena). He's either inspirational or a liability... I wonder if it's worth giving Kinsella a go as he seems to be bit more in that mold in terms of energy.
I wonder if DC is planning a shift in formation, but it seems he holds 442 or 433 back for when we're chasing a game. Has he ever started with 4 at the back?

I would play a back four and leave out Smith.
DC has made the Taylor/Keena comparison in the past, maybe some he can use Taylor as an example of what he wants more of from Keena. I think Keena can score the goal Taylor scored on Saturday, but it was his attitude and tenacity that we don't currently get from Keena. Is it a physical issue? Purely confidence? If a 33 year old who's 'legs have gone' (according to FGR fans) can put himself about, why not a lad in his prime?
