The club cannot even live stream a fans forum so a recorded interview with the new owner is unimaginable. The big thing is though I suspect some in charge either don't realise or don't want to accept that changes are needed in the way the club is ran.

The next appointment is crucial but it's important we set that person up for success which means improving the coaching staff too. Flynn, for his faults, has been lumbered with people who are more qualified for non-league teams that mistake cannot be made again.

I am convinced the board believe everything is ok and if we win some football matches it will all calm down. Ideally we need our owner to listen and hear fans not just the board so he can help ensure we are pulling in the same direction.

At those wages I would rule out Bromley, Barnet, Newport immediately. It's not impossible to be us with the new investment but I feel unlikely. So we are left with either Gillingham or Bristol Rovers.

This is a run of form over approaching 15 games when you take into account how we ended last season too.
