Any advice please on what dash camera to buy, nothing too expensive but something that will do a good job, I do quite a lot of driving and it seems I’m now increasingly avoiding an accident by the skin of my teeth, the latest one was this week, travelling along a main road at a sensible speed when a car pullout of a side road straight in front of me, I did the normal thing braced myself and stood on the brakes as hard as I could, how we didn’t collide I’ll never know the guy then gave me the one figure salute and speed off, so I did what was probably the wrong thing and chased him because I was so infuriated by his reactions, to be honest if I’d caught him I would have given him a slap, I got close enough to take the reg of his car but slowly I came to my senses and let him get away, the whole saga was his fault but I realised if I’d carried my actions out I would have been in more trouble than him, so I decided it wasn’t worth it, I knew going to the police was pointless I had no witness to what had happened , so I’m now resulting into buying a dash cam so I can take some action against the next maniac that tries to take me out.
Any help appreciated.
Near miss!

I sympathise with you Trickster - number of dangerous maniacs around is getting greater.
