It sounds a bit like who dares wins
Your name is/ not on the list
There are previous lists as they are doing it in groups of 100
You can check all the previous lists here http://www.ctfc.com/news/article/2016-1 ... 14768.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; there is a link in the article
I assume there will be another 100 thank yous shortly
Im sure you have been or will shortly be thanked
Have the club told the media about this process?

I won't lose any sleep, I think I can live with with it.
Trying sending an e-mail to the Trust. Our Fan Elected Director is very involved in the campaignStanp1pe wrote:I bought my ticket about a month ago, still not on the list. I tweeted the club (even copying in Jon Palmer on one of them), no response. I emailled the club copying in 3 different email addresses (info, George and Paul). Still nothing.

Between these two lists there are 639 names:

It's all very well having a great campaign but if the foundations aren't there, then it's limiting.
It's 2017 and there does not appear to be an option to buy or renew a season ticket online. What fresh hell is this?
I would belong in the top quartile of committed potential Cheltenham customers. It is very likely that I shall renew despite the hassle of either having to visit the club during very narrow hours; printing off a form, filling it in, finding my cheque book (which doesn't exist because cheques are SO twentieth century), going to the post office to buy a stamp and then posting it back to the club; or, telephoning the club up and hoping there will be someone able to take payment at the other end.
Those less committed simply won't bother. There is almost certainly a nearby football league club who will take online payments.
Further, on the back of a campaign with incentives, by having such an antiquated system, you are missing out on those who make purchase decisions on impulse. You simply have to make the process the EASIEST it can possibly be. Additional effort will not be entertained by those who need convincing to buy a season ticket.

This Listing of who has, and by inference, those who haven't is rather Orwellian, I think.

Though the smartarse pendant in me must point out you don't need a cheque as the form has a section for filling in credit/debit card details.

Yup, the 616,000-odd people in the Gloucestershire County Council area yet to purchase a season ticket are going to be pariahs.VeraLickleklubsBack wrote:This Listing of who has, and by inference, those who haven't is rather Orwellian, I think.
